In Kargi, north eastern Kenya, little Benjamin and children like him are showing the obvious signs of malnutrition; painfully thin limbs, swollen stomachs and lethargy. His parents moved their children and animals many miles, in a search for water; only to find dried up wells and no pastures left. Benjamin's parents have sold all they have in order to buy food - now they have nothing left to sell. |

With more than 70% of domesticated animals already dead, and wells and boreholes drying up across eastern Africa, the people are in a desperate state. Feed The Children has staff in Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia, and elsewhere in Africa, working with communities devastated by the drought - can you help?
